Rumah Sehat is actually a hospital which is proposed for poor people who live surrounding Desa Timbulharjo. The event was opened by Prof. Dr. Hafidhuddin. In his opening speech, he stated that Rumah Sehat was established to improve health care for poor people. “Poor people who are already the member are not asked to pay the health care costs.” He added. In this opportunity, Dr. Mustaqim as the representative of Badan Wakaf UII expressed his gratitude toward BAZNAS and other institutions. Actually, Badan Wakaf UII has given the1.477 m2 land area for building Rumah Sehat. “To improve the facilities in Rumah Sehat, we need aid and support from others institutions.” He emphasized. There are many facilities and health services which are purposed to the patient such as short-term hospitalization, emergency room service, dental service, pediatric specialty care, laboratory service, marriage and psychology consultation service, ambulance service, and others. On Friday, November 25, the head of Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS), Prof. Dr. Hafidhuddin, the expert staff of Minister of Health, Bambang Sulistomo, vice regent of Bantul Drs. H. Sumarno Prs, head of corporate communication (Corcom) Metro TV Adjie S Soeratmadjie, the chief director AIA Financial, Rudi Kamdani, the vice of Yayasan Badan Wakaf UII board UII Dr. Mustaqim launched Rumah Sehat which is located at Imogiri Barat Km. 7,5 street, Desa Timbulharjo, Sewon, Bantul. Also attending in this opening ceremony were UII vice rector II, Dra. Neni Meidawati, M.Si, Akt. and UII vice rector III, Ir. Bachnas M.Sc.
