By determining the life goals (Purpose), identifying self-competence (Talent), developing self-competence (Value), and describing Vision, we will be able to determine our path. However, in determining our life goals, there will be any challenge and opportunity.” Uttered by Sutanto, Director of Enterprise Risk Management BNI.
