Based on this fact, UII Vice Rector III, Ir. Bachnas, M.Sc, in his opening remark at “seminar and workshop on strategies to face the work field for fresh graduate" explained fives tips to enter world field on Saturday (6/9) at UII main campus. Honesty is the first important formula to enter the job. Without honesty you will get shunned and even ridiculed by others in society. Next point is intelligence. Company will hire smart people who can figure out any problems. “Being smart is important in order to be able to compete with others in job markets.” Bachnas emphasized. Persistence is also important point for success in the work field. Persistent person will get multiple opportunities. If they fail at one thing, they will take another opportunity for success. The fourth point is social awareness. People who have a high social awareness tend to have more friends and partner in their social networks. More relationships in social network will help you to find job information easily.
