Work Plan Preparation Need to Notice Higher Education Law E-mail

ImagePreparing a work plan, it is necessary to notice the recent Indonesian higher education law. The provision that regulates higher education institutions in Indonesia has presented challenges which higher education must be prepared to face.

The provision in Higher Education Law that gives foreign universities the chance to establish university branches in Indonesia must be wisely handled by improving our readiness to face the competitive challenges and always upholding Islamic value. This statement was confirmed by UII Rector Prof. Dr. Edy Suandi Hamid, M.Ec when opened Coordination Meeting Faculty of Industrial Technology on Thursday (8/2).

By conducting this coordination meeting, FTI has to seize any opportunities and challenges in education sector to reach institution’s goal stated on UII’s Strategic Plan.

Rector emphasized that it is important to prioritize the previous program evaluation in preparing faculty work plan. "Before preparing a work plan, the previous evaluation work plan implementation is priority aspect in accomplishing accelerated implementation program.” He uttered

Prof. Edy also urged FTI UII to work hardly in responding the tight challenges lying ahead in the future. "Though, our university always gets ready to tackle several challenges among other universities, we must be well-prepared for our future." Rector stressed out
