Bachelor of Law

The Law Study Program is one of the oldest study programs owned by UII and has produced thousands of alumni who have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the country such as Prof. Dr. Moh. Mahfud, MD, SH., SU.; Dr. Artidjo Alkostar, SH., MH; Dr. Busyro Muqoddas, SH., M. Hum.; and many others.

This study program is complemented by a study center to teach students legal expertises through trainings on advocacy, legal opinions, business contracts, and legal texts. Through Legal Aid Consultation Institute (LKBH), this study program conducts Legal Clinic Education to train students to serve the community by performing legal settlement issues, both inside the court and outside the court. The curriculum implemented in this study program follows the core curriculum (national) and complemented by an institutional curriculum (local), a characteristic signifying a professional legal education institution.

The curriculum in this study program applies the minimum standard legal knowledge and skill standard that a bachelor of law must possess. In addition to sharpening intellectual and professional skills, the orientation of the curriculum built in this study program is also directed to develop morality and compassion through several Islamic subjects as well as Islamic Law.
