What is CLC?
The Culture and Learning Center (CLC) of Universitas Islam Indonesia is a centre for learning development and cultural enrichment. CLC supports students in achieving academic success while expanding their global and intercultural perspectives through integrated learning and cultural programs.
CLC is a student-centred unit at UII, dedicated to providing academic support, fostering cultural engagement, and promoting global competency development. We serve both local and international students by offering programs that help them navigate academic challenges, cultural differences, and personal growth during their university journey.

CLC Team
CLC is led by a manager and professional staff who oversee academic support, cultural programs, and international initiatives. The team also supervises CLC Buddies and UII Global as student communities supporting engagement and intercultural learning.

PEER MENTORSCLC Buddy Program
Who the Buddies Are
CLC Buddies are selected UII students who support CLC programs and international student services.
What They Do
Liaison Officers
Support international students, assist with events, and create a welcoming environment.
Social Media Team
Manage CLC's Instagram content and digital storytelling.
Event Support
Assist in organising and running CLC activities.
Selection & Training
Buddies are selected through an open recruitment process and receive training in communication, event organisation, and intercultural engagement.
Duration & Commitment
The program runs for one academic year, with a probation period at the beginning.
