Preparing the Ulil Albab Generation as Prospective Globally Competitive Tax Accountants
The Tax Accounting Study Program is one of the best applied degree programs at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Universitas Islam Indonesia. It aims to produce professional and innovative graduates in accounting in general and taxation in particular. The Tax Accounting Study Program implements a competency-based curriculum using the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI) and adopts the material from the Tax Consultant Certification Examination (USKP). The developed curriculum has accommodated the needs of Industry 4.0 and financial technology. Such a curriculum is implemented through project-based learning methods to prepare the graduates to become professionals ready to work and grow. The competency certification licensed by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) equips the graduates with added value.
The teaching staff comprises academics and practitioners with great experience and competencies supported by certification in accounting and taxation. The facilities provided include integrated laboratories, such as the accounting laboratory, technology-based auditing laboratory, taxation laboratory, ERP system laboratory, and Sharia Mart retail laboratory. The Tax Accounting Study Program also offers a great range of both internal and external scholarships.

The New Student Admission (PMB) of Universitas Islam Indonesia for the Undergraduate (S1), Applied Degree (D4), and Diploma (D3) programs is available in three admission tracks, i.e., selection test, report-based selection, and scholarship pathway.

Estimated Cost
The estimated cost of tuition and fees for the Undergraduate (S1), Applied Degree (D4), and Diploma (D3) programs in the New Student Admission of Universitas Islam Indonesia for the Academic Year of 2025/2026 is as follows:
The table of estimated cost of tuition and fees contains information on the estimated cost components with the following notes:
- The Initial Tuition Fee (UKA) is ranked based on the selection results. The higher the ranking in the selection results, the lower the Initial Tuition Fee (UKA).
- The estimated maximum cost is calculated based on the highest Initial Tuition Fee (UKA) in a study program plus the Semester Tuition Fee (UKS) in the corresponding study program.
- The Initial Tuition Fee (UKA) listed in the table does not apply to prospective medical students who register through the Report-based Independent Selection and Independent Selection Test for the Medical Study Program.
- The estimated Study Period for a non-exact science program is 3.5 years, and that of an exact science program is 4 years.
- The Semester Tuition Fee (UKS) is paid annually in four (4) installments.
- The estimated cost of tuition and fees does not include the cost of the Final Project (Thesis), Thesis Exam, Field Practice/PKL (D3), Community Service/KKN (D4 & S1), and Medical Clinical Education.
- The Final Project, Thesis Exam, Field Practice (D3), Community Service (D4 & S1), and Medical Clinical Education cost is calculated based on the tariff applicable in the corresponding year.
