Hari Purnomo is an esteemed Industrial Engineering academic at UII whose professional journey is deeply intertwined with his alma mater. As both an alumnus and a dedicated lecturer within Department of Industrial Engineering, his expertise spans ergonomics, industrial engineering, occupational health and safety (OHS), and macroergonomics. Throughout his distinguished tenure, he has been entrusted with various strategic leadership roles at UII—including Head of Department of Industrial Engineering, Chief Strategy Officer, and Dean of Faculty of Industrial Technology—while actively contributing to national professional organizations as the Chair of the Accreditation Council for Lembaga Akreditasi Mandiri Teknik and a member of the Board of Experts for Perhimpunan Ergonomi Indonesia.

Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Recognition, and Admissions
Riyanto is an esteemed academic and researcher specializing in chemistry, instrumental analysis, and laboratory management. He earned his doctoral degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, a milestone that has further strengthened his contributions to the advancement of education, research, and innovation in the sciences. His dedication to the development of UII is demonstrated through various strategic leadership roles, including Head of Department of Chemistry, Head of Department of Chemistry Education, and Dean of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. In addition to actively publishing in internationally reputable scientific journals, he contributes significantly through various innovations and patents, particularly in the fields of waste treatment, sensor materials, and laboratory technology.

Vice Rector for Finance, Resources, and Sustainability
Rifqi Muhammad is a dedicated lecturer in Department of Accounting at UII, specializing in Islamic finance and banking, Sharia accounting, Islamic financial institution governance, and Sharia auditing. An alumnus of undergraduate program in Accounting at UII, he went on to complete both his master’s and doctoral degrees at the International Islamic University Malaysia. Throughout his distinguished tenure at UII, he has been entrusted with several strategic leadership roles, including Director of the University-Industry Alliance Office, Secretary of Department of Accounting, and Head of Department of Accounting. In addition to his active academic pursuits, he contributes significantly as an assessor for LAMEMBA and serves as a Sharia Supervisory Board Member for various Islamic financial institutions.

Eko Siswoyo is an esteemed Environmental Engineering academic at UII, specializing in environmental technology and water treatment. He earned both his master’s and doctoral degrees from Hokkaido University, Japan, a milestone that has further strengthened his contributions to research and innovation in sustainable environmental fields. His dedication to university governance is reflected in a number of strategic leadership roles entrusted to him, including Head of Department of Environmental Engineering and Director of Research and Community Service. In addition to his active pursuits in academic and research development, he is also involved in various environmental engineering professional organizations at both national and international levels.

Nurjihad is an esteemed legal academic at Faculty of Law, UII, specializing in civil law and Islamic economic law. He completed both his master’s and doctoral degrees at Faculty of Law, UII, the very institution where he has built his academic career and leadership path. His leadership track record at UII encompasses various key responsibilities, including Vice Dean II of Faculty of Law, Head of Admissions and Promotion, Head of Education and Training Center at Faculty of Law, and Head of Master Program in Notarial Law. In addition to his active dedication to academic and institutional development, he is also involved in various legal professional organizations at the national level.

Vice Rector for Partnerships and Strategic Communication
Winda Nur Cahyo is an esteemed academic at Faculty of Industrial Technology, UII, specializing in asset management. An alumnus of the undergraduate program in Industrial Engineering at UII, he went on to complete his master’s degree at Universitas Gadjah Mada and his doctoral degree at the University of Wollongong, Australia. Within the academic sphere, he serves as Head of Master Program in Industrial Engineering and actively takes on various roles in advancing the quality of higher education. Beyond his academic career, he is involved in strategic projects and professional training in asset management, and is the founder of Komunitas Manajemen Aset Indonesia, which contributes significantly to the development of asset management practices at the national level.
