Faculty of Psychology and Social Cultural Science  (abb. FPSB) is one of UII’s fastest growing and most popular faculties. Founded in 1995 and merged with the Faculty of Culture and Social-sciences, the faculty now is an integration and a synergy of an undergraduate Psychology Department (founded in the academic year of 1995/1996), an undergraduate Communications Department (founded in the academic year of 2004/2005), a Diploma of English (founded in the academic year of 2004/2005), and a Master of Psychology program (founded in the academic year of 2005/2006). In the academic year of 2008/2009, Insya Allah  the faculty will start running bachelor degree of English (S-1). There are 1.413 active students in the academic year of 2007/2008. The faculty is supported by 36 lecturers and 29 staffs.
