| UII Arranges Annual Work Plan and Budget |

"Over the nest three semesters, our leadership will end. Therefore, it is a must for us to implement University Strategic Plan." As said by UII Rector, Prof. Dr. Edy Suandi Hamid, M.Ec in his opening remark at Coordination Meeting, on Monday (7/16) at UII Main Campus. This meeting aimed at arranging Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWPB). According to Prof. Edy, the AWPB should be implemented consistently. The draft of AWPB must be in line with the draft of Higher Education Law that was approved by Parliament recently. Head of Badan Wakaf UII Foundation, Dr. Ir. Lutfi Hassan., MS, also mentioned that if UII AWPB could be realized, it means that university strategic planning and strategic direction of Badan Wakaf UII Foundation realized as well. Coordination meeting is essential to discuss several programs regarding UII development. Meanwhile, UII Former Rector, Prof. H. Zaini Dahlan, MA conveyed that there are so many challenges ahead. Hence, UII must make serious effort to survive in this global competition such as by fostering in education field, research, community service and Islamic Dakwah activity. "Struggling to against global challenge is easier than managing our self that can be difficult." He said
Prof. Zaini advised that all of UII community have to maintain a high sense of belonging to UII. ‘We must possess mutual respect and uphold unity under the big family of UII.’ He emphasized Share this Article ...       |

Many achievements obtained by UII in the current period can not be separated from the roles of UII former Rector. Therefore, it’s necessary to hear great advices from the former Rector in order to know deeper their previous goals to make it come true.
