|IP UII and Australian Volunteers Cooperate to Improve Learning Quality|

IP UII continuously establishes cooperation with international actors, in accordance with UII vision towards World Class Research University. Recently, IP UII established cooperation with Australian Volunteer International (AVI). This cooperation marked the establishment of Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) which routinely organize workshop.
Rector of UII, Prof. Dr. Edy Suandi Hamid, M.Ec., said CAE workshop is aimed to improve the learning quality in UII. The workshop according to him, was also supported by Regional English Language Office (RELO) US Embassy.
“Relo have help us build the network with higher education in all the world,” Prof. Edy said.
He continued, this workshop facilitated by English Language Fellow (ELF) from RELO Departments of States, United States of America dan CAE UII staff. Also present on the occassion, one of ELF Holly Warzecha, M.TESOL who work in UII for a one year until June 2013.
Meanwhile, Vice Dean of International Program Ir. Wiryono Raharjo, M.Arc, Ph.D said the workshop will be held seven times. He stated the workshop material that attended by several lecturers from all majors related to English subject, but can be applied in all field of study.
